Shipping policy

We work hard to pack and ship in the most efficient and environmentally conscious way possible. Order will ship via USPS or UPS depending on size of package and destination. We package all of our wares very well to insure that nothing brakes during transit. If something does happen to brake during shipping we will replace this for you. Please reach out as quickly as possible (or within one week of delivery) to inform me of broken wares in shipping. I will need photos of the broken piece and the packing materials.
